All of our pieces are handcrafted to order and made from natural materials. As such, each item is unique and may display slight variations in colour, texture, or form. These natural differences are not considered faults, but part of the authenticity of the materials.


Returns & Cancellations


•⁠  ⁠Under UK law, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.
•⁠  ⁠However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items, unless they are faulty.
•⁠  ⁠If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.


How to Request a Return


•⁠  ⁠Email us at contact@curatedstudio.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
•⁠  ⁠Please include your order number, details of the item, and reason for the return.
•⁠  ⁠If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.


Refunds


•⁠  ⁠Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
•⁠  ⁠Postage costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
